Are sessions confidential? ​​Yes, all sessions are confidential, with certain exceptions of safety. No information, unless it is a question of your safety, is given out to anybody without your permission.

Are sessions held in person or online? At this point in time, all sessions are held only online via Google Meet. No in-person sessions are offered currently.

Are there certain populations you do not work with? I welcome and look forward to working with people of all backgrounds, orientations, cultures, nationalities and with varying concerns. The only criteria to not being able to see someone, is if their presenting concerns are out of my scope of practice, or I feel like we may not be a good fit. To explore this further, please get in touch with me.

How long is each session? Typically each individual therapy session is 50mins long. Couples therapy and family therapy is usually 90mins each session.

What is your session fee structure? Session fees depends at that particular point in time, as there is a slight increase in fee structures periodically to meet with the current financial demands. Additionally, fee structures vary for individual therapy and couple & family therapy. Please contact me for further details.

Do you offer sliding scale? Yes, I have limited slots at reduced rates to make therapy available for those who cannot afford my full fees. Whether I am able to offer sliding scale at the moment, entirely depends on the availability of these slots. Please leave me a message to discuss this further.

How do I know if we are a good fit to begin working together? Great question! I typically like to schedule a quick phone call with all my potential clients for both of us to get a sense of what is happening and whether I am the right person to help you with your concerns. Please leave me a message and I will get back to you to schedule this call so we can determine whether we are a good fit for each other.
